We offer a range of convenient payment methods to make your shopping experience seamless:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
- JCB
- PayPal
We also accept most pre-paid credit and gift cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.
Payment Terms
For items currently in stock, payment is due at the time of purchase. For pre-orders, payment is required once the product is available in our warehouse and ready to be shipped. Please ensure payment is made within four days of product availability. Unpaid orders after this period will be automatically canceled.
Wallet Feature
To enhance your purchasing process, each customer has a wallet associated with their account. This feature allows you to securely store multiple payment methods for easy use during checkout.
International Payments
We welcome orders from around the globe. All payments must be made in United States Dollars (USD). When making a purchase, your credit card company will convert your currency to USD using the current exchange rate. It’s important to note that we do not control the exchange rate or any foreign transaction fees that your issuing bank may apply.
PayPal Billing Agreements
For payments via PayPal, we require the use of a PayPal Billing Agreement. By employing this agreement, you grant us pre-authorization to charge your PayPal account for your purchases. This approach offers various benefits:
- No need to log into PayPal each time you place an order with us
- Faster payment processing for quicker order fulfillment
- Ability to use PayPal for all pre-orders
- Flexibility to cancel the Billing Agreement at your convenience
Payment Verification
Every payment undergoes a stringent verification process to detect and prevent potential fraud. As part of this process, we might authorize a small amount on your card and request you to verify the authorized amount. This authorization is not a charge; however, your bank may temporarily hold the authorized funds.
Resolving Payment Declines
Should your payment be declined during the verification process, we may ask you to resubmit your billing information and card details to ensure they match your credit card company’s records. Alternatively, we might suggest using a different form of payment. It’s important to note that no transaction has been attempted on your credit card at this point.
If your payment passes verification and is then declined, it’s advisable to reach out to your credit card company or bank to resolve the issue. Common reasons for declined payments include:
- Requiring prior authorization from the credit card company
- Hitting the daily withdrawal or purchase limit
- Insufficient funds in the account
- Exceeding the credit limit
Once you identify and rectify the problem, log into your “My Account” on our website and resubmit your payment details for us to process your order.
Credit Card Security
We take your data security seriously. Our servers never store or transmit credit card data to ensure maximum protection. When you input your credit card information on our website, it is encrypted and directly transmitted from your browser to our payment processor. This processor then provides us with a token for reference in future transactions. This token is unintelligible to external parties. We collaborate with a reputable payment processor that adheres to PCI compliance standards. No Endlessheal employee has access to your complete credit card information. Any stored details, such as the last four digits of the card, are encrypted and safeguarded according to industry norms.
Unrecognized Charges
If you come across a charge from Endlessheal on your credit card or PayPal account that you don’t recognize, consider the following possibilities:
- An item you had on pre-order became available and was either shipped or added to your Pile of Loot.
- We might have performed a small authorization as part of our payment verification process. This authorization will expire without any deduction from your account.
- An order may have been placed by someone with access to your credit card (family member, friend, coworker).
- Multiple cards are linked to your credit or debit account.
In case of any uncertainties, kindly reach out to us before filing a chargeback with your credit card company. We’re here to assist you.
