Stock Order:
Item location: Canada & Hong Kong.
Items ships out with lead time 1-5 days for stock items.
Orders will be sent by Checkout Canada Post/ USPS/FEDEX .
Deliver in 6-23 business days after shipped. This time frame is not guaranteed and does not include time taken by customs in your country to clear the package. Local Pick Up is available for appointment only.
Canada & USA Only Sea Freight Option: For any purchase more than $200, buyer may request for Sea Freight option which might qualify for free shipping or even shipping rebate, please acknowledge that Sea Freight will take 20-30 day to deliver, we don’t recommend this method if buyer require the parcel deliver in a timely manner.
Deposit Preorder:
Pay deposit first to preorder. When item release, we will send to the email of deposit order for the request 2nd payment. Please make sure our email support@endlessheal.ca is not filtered or blocked. And Please log into the same account of paying deposit to pay the balance.
Full Payment Preorder:
