Seller is very good. The item was packaged really well and carefully to ensure no damage to the product and it arrived earlier than expected, so I was very pleased. However, though the box appeared very authentic, upon opening the packages, I found that the labubus were not authentic. Upon alerting the seller of this, he was very reasonable and refunded the full amount without question. I really appreciate this.
