What does EndlessHeal sell?
EndlessHeal sells collectible toys: new and retired LEGO sets, action figures, statues, plush toys, Pokémon and other trading cards, and pre-order items. Brands include LEGO, Hot Toys, ThreeZero, Hasbro, JoyToy, Transformers, Star Wars and Disney. The store is aimed at collectors and fans across Canada and beyond.
How do I track my EndlessHeal order?
Each shipment gets a tracking URL. It shows events such as pickup scheduled, processed at origin hub, arrived at destination airport, at customs, tendered to the final-mile carrier, out for delivery and delivered.
What payment methods does EndlessHeal accept?
EndlessHeal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal. It also accepts most prepaid and gift cards from those card networks. PayPal payments use a PayPal Billing Agreement, so you don’t need to log in to PayPal every time you order.
Why are prices in US dollars, and will I pay conversion fees?
All payments at EndlessHeal are made in US dollars (USD). Your card company converts your currency to USD at its current exchange rate. EndlessHeal does not control the exchange rate or any foreign transaction fees your bank charges.
Pre-Orders
How do pre-orders work at EndlessHeal?
EndlessHeal has two kinds of pre-order. With a deposit pre-order, you pay a deposit first, and when the item is released you get an email asking for the balance, which you pay from the same account. With a full-payment pre-order, you pay the full amount upfront, and the item ships 2–3 days after it reaches the warehouse.
What happens if I don’t pay for my pre-order when it arrives?
Once a pre-order item is in the warehouse and ready to ship, you must pay within four days. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after that. Make sure emails from support@endlessheal.ca are not filtered or blocked, so you don’t miss the payment request.
Shipping & Pickup
Where does EndlessHeal ship from and how long does delivery take?
Stock items ship from Canada and Hong Kong. Orders leave within 1–5 days and are sent by Canada Post, USPS or FedEx. Delivery usually takes 6–23 business days after the item ships. This time frame is not guaranteed and does not include time spent in customs.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes. Local pickup is available by appointment only, for Canada and USA orders only. Pickup is in Newmarket, Ontario. To book a pickup time, contact support@endlessheal.ca or call +1-647-887-3688.
Does EndlessHeal ship internationally?
Yes. EndlessHeal welcomes orders from around the globe, and all payments are made in US dollars. For US orders, EndlessHeal currently pays the import duties and tariffs, so US customers pay no import duties. International orders can be held in customs, and the delivery estimate does not include that time.

Returns
What is EndlessHeal’s return policy?
You can return unopened, unused items within 30 days, unless the product page says otherwise. The packaging must be in the same condition as when you received it. Opened items, items with signs of opening, and cases that are no longer factory sealed cannot be returned. Email support@endlessheal.ca before you send anything back.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Email support@endlessheal.ca within 30 days of receiving your order. EndlessHeal will exchange the item for the same item, or send a replacement part. If the item is no longer available, you get a refund. EndlessHeal pays return shipping when it sent the wrong item or clearly caused the damage.

LEGO Collectors
Does EndlessHeal sell retired LEGO sets?
Yes. EndlessHeal specializes in “Latest and Retired” collections. Its LEGO range includes hard-to-find retired sets such as LEGO Creator 31012 Family House, Star Wars 75155 Rebel U-Wing Fighter and NINJAGO City 70620, alongside current themes like Technic, Speed Champions and Botanical.
Are LEGO sets at EndlessHeal new and sealed?
Most LEGO listings at EndlessHeal are marked new, sealed or NIB (new in box). Any condition issue is stated on the product page. For example, one Star Wars Microfighters listing notes a smashed box, so check the listing before you buy. Sealed, unopened sets can be returned within 30 days.
Which LEGO themes can I find at EndlessHeal?
EndlessHeal carries Technic, Star Wars, Speed Champions, Super Heroes (Marvel and DC), BrickHeadz, City, Creator, Ninjago, Jurassic World, Harry Potter, Botanical and Collectible Minifigures. It also stocks limited editions such as the Chinese Festival Dragon Dance 80102.
Can I return a LEGO set I opened?
No. Opened LEGO sets cannot be returned. That includes sets with broken factory seals or visible signs of opening. You can return unopened sets within 30 days. If a set is defective or damaged in transit, email support@endlessheal.ca within 30 days to arrange a replacement part or a replacement set.
Does EndlessHeal have retired LEGO Star Wars sets?
Yes. EndlessHeal stocks retired LEGO Star Wars sets, such as 75155 Rebel U-Wing Fighter (sealed), 75139 Battle on Takodana and 75028 Microfighters Clone Turbo Tank. It also sells small collectibles like the Phase 2 Clone Pilot paper bag, alongside other Star Wars figures and collectibles.
Are LEGO Star Wars sets at EndlessHeal sealed?
Many LEGO Star Wars listings are marked “Sealed” in the title, and condition notes such as box damage appear on each product page. Read the description to check box condition before you buy, because only unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days.
How long will my LEGO Star Wars order take to arrive?

Are Star Wars minifigure polybags sold individually?
Yes. EndlessHeal sells individual sealed LEGO Star Wars polybags and paper bags, such as the Phase 2 Clone Pilot bag L0002233, which costs around USD $8. They make easy add-ons for collectors who want a specific minifigure without buying a full set.
Does EndlessHeal sell LEGO Collectible Minifigures?
Yes. EndlessHeal sells LEGO Collectible Minifigures, such as the sealed 66735 Marvel Series 2 six-pack from 2023. It also sells individual foil bags like DC Batman Batarang 211901. Each listing says whether the item is sealed.
Are LEGO foil and paper bags sealed?
LEGO foil and paper bags at EndlessHeal are listed as sealed collectibles, for example the Batman Batarang foil bag 211901 and the Star Wars Clone Pilot paper bag. Opening a bag breaks the seal, so opened bags cannot be returned under the store’s return policy.
How cheap are LEGO polybags at EndlessHeal?
Single sealed LEGO polybags and foil bags at EndlessHeal start at around USD $8 to $9. Minifigure multipacks, such as the 66735 Marvel six-pack, cost about USD $43. All prices are in US dollars, and your card company handles any currency conversion.
Can I combine small LEGO items with a larger order?
Yes. You can add polybags and minifigures to the same cart as larger LEGO sets and check out once. In-stock items ship within 1–5 days from Canada or Hong Kong by Canada Post, USPS or FedEx, and delivery usually takes 6–23 business days after the order ships. Every shipment comes with a tracking link.
What if a minifigure arrives damaged or missing parts?
Email support@endlessheal.ca within 30 days of receiving your order. Defective or transit-damaged items can be exchanged for the same item or a replacement part. If the item is no longer available, you get a refund. Contact EndlessHeal before you ship anything back.
