Was alittle apprehensive about buying something from China on eBay. But the price was waaay better than any sellers in the US, so I gave it a shot. This seller is outstanding!!! Seller is very good. The item was packaged really well and carefully to ensure no damage to the product and it arrived earlier than expected, so I was very pleased. However, though the box appeared very authentic, upon opening the packages, I found that the labubus were not authentic. Upon alerting the seller of this, he was very reasonable and refunded the full amount without question. I really appreciate this. Easiest transaction I’ve ever had despite the product not being what I expected.

Each piece is indevidually wrapped and taped and shipping box is bubble wrapped on the outside. Definitely experienced in international shipping.
