Awesome seller and my little panic regarding delivery was dealt with so nicely by the seller and the information regarding late delivery due to to Royal mail was informative and spot on , the Minecraft lego items arrived in plenty of time for my littlens birthday and massive thank you to Mark for replying and calming my worries, will 1000% be buying more items , just hope seller ok with that as i did question him alot but he replied every time and re assured me . Order arrived a day later than YODEL’s email confirmation !, was left on the doorstep (after YODEL confirmed they would leave in parcel box !!) and the box was crushed !!! – see photo…..
Luckily the seller used a decent outer box with inner packaging which took the impact and the LEGO box inside was unaffected – thank YOU (but no thanks to YODEL!)

Was a bit confusing as the item was never marked dispatched and the tracking never materialised, asked the seller and they were polite and explained time of year (Xmas). After 2+ weeks the item still didn’t arrive so asked for refund or send another item. Seller sent another and it arrived within 3 days. The issue can have only been delivery service, not the seller. Item is perfect thank you. Issue was rectified and so were happy. Communication could have been swifter. Thank you.
