2. We cooperate with offline card stores. Many players will send their cards to us for sale, mainly Pokémon and One Piece(Cards and Booster Box)
3. The serial number of the PSA Graded Card on the picture is erased. This is because there are multiple stocks with different serial numbers.
4.All cards are in circulation – grade condition. While we strive to offer high – quality cards, we cannot guarantee a PSA 10 rating for every single card. Card conditions may vary slightly.
5. We operate a no – return and no – exchange policy for these Pokémon cards. However, if you’d like to preview pictures of the cards before shipping, simply leave a note in the order remarks. We’ll send you clear pictures for confirmation before dispatching your order.
6. Should you not receive your order or encounter any issues with the cards, please refrain from leaving negative feedback or initiating disputes. Instead, reach out to us immediately. Our dedicated customer service team is committed to providing you with the best possible solution in a timely manner.
7.All our Pokémon cards are sleeved with card protectors and top loaders as soon as they are opened. Due to our large inventory, we cannot inspect each card individually. We guarantee that there are no human-induced defects, but we do not offer returns or exchanges for factory defects from the manufacturer.
About delivery:
Normally, We use SpeedPak, which usually takes 8-12 days to arrive.
If you need it urgently, you can contact us and pay more to upgrade the delivery to DHL express, which only takes 2-5 days to arrive.

The item arrived with literally zero protection for the product provided, the box was put in a plastic wrap with a shipping label on it and that’s it. Due to the fact there wasn’t even any bubble wrap my box showed up dinged and dented all over. After paying over a hundred dollars the least that could’ve been done was ensuring that my item came in good condition.
