Each piece is indevidually wrapped and taped and shipping box is bubble wrapped on the outside. Definitely experienced in international shipping. Seller is very good. The item was packaged really well and carefully to ensure no damage to the product and it arrived earlier than expected, so I was very pleased. However, though the box appeared very authentic, upon opening the packages, I found that the labubus were not authentic. Upon alerting the seller of this, he was very reasonable and refunded the full amount without question. I really appreciate this. Easiest transaction I’ve ever had despite the product not being what I expected.

the item was not as stated, this is the Manufacturers defect, once informed the seller quickly refunded without issue, so a good seller in my opinion. the packaging was fantastic took 20 minutes to get into the parcel so no issues on that front.
