Was alittle apprehensive about buying something from China on eBay. But the price was waaay better than any sellers in the US, so I gave it a shot. This seller is outstanding!!! Item was brand new as described and was shipped in a way that I believe might stop bullets or a nuclear blast, so it arrived in perfect shape. High quality Enterbay original stuff. Looks amazing. Seller is very good. The item was packaged really well and carefully to ensure no damage to the product and it arrived earlier than expected, so I was very pleased. However, though the box appeared very authentic, upon opening the packages, I found that the labubus were not authentic. Upon alerting the seller of this, he was very reasonable and refunded the full amount without question. I really appreciate this. Easiest transaction I’ve ever had despite the product not being what I expected.
