Item is really great, new in box as described. Price was fair. Shipped quickly, but duration was lengthy due to point of origin. Seller used a good shipper with detailed tracking, so no anxiety there. A+ seller and a great quality item

Great tracking & notifications. Quicker than expected shipping, considering oversees location and customs. Very well packaged, and safe. Outer box was in SEVERELY ROUGH condition when received, arrived partially crushed with loose tape but contents were secure and undamaged. Appears perfectly brand new, in pristine condition, just like pictures in listing. Great quality and value – so I ordered the other available character. GREAT SELLER! Fantastic price! Smooth and hassle free! Thanks! A+++++

It was a pretty decent experience. Seller underestimated the amount that it would cost for them to ship the product internationally, so they only gave half of the discount that they had originally agreed to for purchasing multiples. Otherwise it was a good experience. Seller was communicative and really tried to make a good impression. I would buy from them again.

The Gachapons that I ordered came a week earlier than anticipated! Everything was in good condition, safely packaged in their own capsules. I got 5 gachas for $36 bucks- if you collect them then you know that’s a steal!!! I would recommend this seller. Everything looked good and they are authentic mini gachapons machines.

Item was returned to seller by shipping warehouse. Seller was then worried item would get lost in shipping. Seller issued full refund 15 days after purchase. Seller was friendly and quick to offer (their preference) refund, after the shipping problem became apparent. I am not pleased or impressed with this transaction. I changed my feedback from neutral to positive, at the request of the seller.
