Ken has got to be the best seller on EBay. I have never encountered any seller this responsive, kind and helpful. Due to some import requirements for metal items in Europe, there are some specific papers that are required to be presented to the customs officer. While Ken didn’t have the documents at hand, he proposed an alternative solution that worked and I managed to receive the item.
Item was clearly packaged with care, communication was clear and helpful. Would recommend for everyone!

The shipping from Japan to Chile took around 2 weeks. The product arrived without any issue. The package content was what expected. The communication with the seller was excellent. I couldn’t let pass the opportunity and what I made me pull the trigger to buy this Olympus EP7 was the incredible offer.
